NOVA browser extension: privacy
Last updated 29 October 2026
The NOVA extension is a private tool for one person: the owner of the NOVA personal dashboard at nova.skynet-automation.uk. It helps them put receipts for business purchases into their FreeAgent accounts.
What it reads
- Your order list on amazon.co.uk and aliexpress.com: order number, date, total and product names.
- The invoice PDF for an order, but only for orders you tick and upload in NOVA.
It reads these pages in your own browser, signed in as you, and only when you press "Find orders" or "Upload" on NOVA's Receipts screen. It never buys, cancels or changes anything, and it never sees your passwords.
Where it goes
- Order details go to the NOVA page that asked for them, and from there to NOVA's own server. That server records which orders you've dealt with, so it doesn't offer them twice.
- The invoices for the orders you tick go to your own FreeAgent account, as expenses.
Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else, used for advertising, or used for anything except your receipts. The extension keeps nothing itself, apart from the number of the browser tab it's using while a job runs.
Who can use it
Only the NOVA site can talk to the extension, and NOVA only answers its signed-in owner.
Removing your data
To stop it at any time, remove the extension. The owner can delete NOVA's record of dealt-with orders. Expenses already in FreeAgent stay there until you delete them in FreeAgent.
